An meinen Jahren hatte ich immer Reibeisenhaut (Keratosis pilaris), gegen die ich sonst mit chem. Peelings, Urea und und und angecremt habe. Durch den afrikanischen Schwamm sind meine Arme in einem so guten Zustand wie schon ewig nicht mehr und das ganz ohne viele Mittelchen.
Die Haut an meinem Rücken ist auch weich und pickelfrei geworden und an meine Beinen fehlt jetzt auch nur der kleinste Ansatz von fahler Haut oder Schuppen.
Kurzum: ich liebe diesen Schwamm!
