Withdraw from contract
You can use this page to inform AfricanFabs that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal. Any field asking for a reason is optional.
Has your order not been shipped yet?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you can request cancellation directly from your order page. Shopify will send a login code to your email address. You do not need to create a password.

You can use the withdrawal form below for both shipped and unshipped orders.
You may withdraw from your purchase from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, receives the order. If products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts after the last product has been received.
If your order has already been shipped or delivered, submitting this form registers your withdrawal. We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions. You must send the products back within 14 days after submitting your withdrawal. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned products.
Please enter your full name, email address and order number. You can withdraw from the entire order or specify which products your withdrawal concerns. You do not need to provide a reason.
Your withdrawal is submitted when you press the confirmation button. A confirmation will be sent to the email address entered in the form.
