Net niet

De stof van de jersey stretchy headwrap is glanzend. Alsof er lichtjes glitter in zit. Dat is mooi. De kleuren zijn ook mooi helder en fel. En de lengte is goed. Alleen is de stof oneven aan de uiteinden. Het is niet goed afgewerkt. Niet recht afgesneden. Daardoor is het moeilijk om de gewenste wrap stylen te creëren. Er blijft altijd een stukje uitsteken. Daarnaast is de stof in de breedte van de stofvezels stretchy. Maar niet in de lengte. Niet de hele stof is stretch. Dat maakt ook dat de wrapstylen net niet zijn, wat je wil. Een beetje jammer kijkend naar de prijs.
Ik had ook de satin bonnet besteld. Ook die is het net niet. Goede daaraan is dat het een stevige band heeft om de rand die niet wegzakt. En goed is afgewerkt. Tegelijkertijd is de band erg strak om het hoofd. Je kan er niet mee slapen. Midden in de nacht doe ik het af omdat er te weinig stretch in zit, of het misschien gewoon te klein is. En mijn hoofd is niet eens zo groot. De stof is niet ademend. Het is hele dikke stof, afgesloten met die band dus je hoofd zweet als een gek. Volgens mij is het niet eens satijn. Maar een dikke synthetische stof. Gelukkig is de bonnet wel lang genoeg. Al met al ook net niet goed bruikbaar. Dus een beetje jammer.
